2. What data we collect
a) Data you provide to us
- Name, email, phone/WhatsApp number and company, when you fill in contact forms or get in touch with us;
- Financial, tax and business information you share in order to receive advisory services (for example: revenue, financial statements, accounting records);
- Registration and billing details (CPF/CNPJ and address), when you hire a service.
b) Data collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and date and time of access;
- Cookies and similar technologies (see section 7).

4. Who we share data with

6. How long we keep data
We keep data for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes of this Policy:
- Contacts who do not hire us: up to 12 months after the last contact;
- Clients: for the duration of the contract and for the legally required periods after it ends (for example, 5 years for tax and accounting records);
- Marketing: until consent is withdrawn.
After these periods, the data is deleted or anonymized.

- Visitor statistics, to understand how the website is used;
- Marketing, where applicable.

- Correct incomplete, inaccurate or out-of-date data;
- Request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary or processed in breach of the law;
- Request the portability of your data to another provider;
- Find out who we share your data with;
- Withdraw your consent and request the deletion of data processed on that basis;
- Object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest;
- File a complaint with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

10. Minors
Our services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
